Sweetnewt is the Big Fish in The Lavender Beds, and has weather restriction [Fog] only. Required mooching Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish. A trouble thins is that there is one weather changing point while the time (ET23-4), and in a bad case, you can try for ET an hour (a few minute). Recommended  Midge Basket for the first bait.
