See below about how to fish The Ruby Dragon. At first, go to The Ruby Price beforehand, collect Angler's Art 9-10. After that, if you catch Coeurl Snake Eel, use Surface Slap, Chum, Prize Catch, and wait till ET 00:05.
At ET00:05, Cast with Blue Bobbit, catch when the hit !!! (from Ku'er) come, and get and keep Ku'er[Large] for mooching.
At ET04:00, start mooching Ku'er. Mooching Ku'er can be hit Ku'er or The Ruby Dragon. If you get Ku'er again, the one [Large] to mooch again, or [normal size] to use Makeshift Bait, and use mooch II.
After that, mooch Ku'er again and again till the Makeshift Bait effects end. And when Makeshift Bait end, start over from catching Ku'er.
At next trying you don't have enough time, so use Surface Slap to any fish you caught, and after that, wait the !!! hit. When you catch Ku'er again, you must use Mooch II, so use Makeshift Bait and use Mooch II to repeat mooching till the Makeshift Bait effect end.
